A standard driveway runs about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the size and how long it's been since the last cleaning. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when we quote the job so you're not sitting around waiting all day.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot and know where to work, we can handle most exterior jobs without you needing to be there. We just ask that you secure any pets and clear the area we're cleaning beforehand.

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to physically blast dirt off hard surfaces like concrete and driveways. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution applied at low pressure that breaks down mold, algae, and mildew chemically — it's what we use on house exteriors and screens where high pressure could cause damage. Both methods are in our toolkit and we use the right one for each job.

We pre-wet all surrounding plants and landscaping before we start and rinse them again after we're done. The cleaning solutions we use are diluted to safe levels, but we take precautions on every job because we've seen what happens when people don't. If you have anything especially sensitive just point it out when we arrive.

Typically within 1 to 5 business days for standard residential jobs. HOA and commercial work depends on the scope. If you have something time-sensitive reach out directly and we'll do our best to make it work.

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in writing beforehand.

Yes. AMIGO Power Wash LLC is a registered Florida LLC and carries general liability insurance on every job. We can provide a certificate of insurance to HOA managers or commercial property owners upon request.

The maintenance plan is a recurring service agreement where you commit to regular scheduled cleanings in exchange for a guaranteed discount. Quarterly service gets you 20% off, semi-annual gets 10% off, and annual gets 5% off. The discount applies starting on your first job once the agreement is signed. Move any vehicles out of the driveway if we're cleaning it, secure pets indoors, move any furniture or fragile items away from the work area, and make sure we have access to an outdoor water spigot. That's about it — we handle everything else.
